Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final unless an incorrect or defective item was received. Products that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, colored, washed or otherwise used cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Raw Hustle-Hurr is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly during checkout.

Raw hair may naturally vary in color, wave pattern, texture and density. These variations are expected and help make each bundle unique. Natural variation is not considered a defect.
